Privacy Policy

1. What we collect and why

Aons Connect ("we") collects the details you send through the enquiry form or by email and phone so that we can reply to you.

• Required: email address.
• Optional: name, company, phone or WhatsApp, where you are based, timing, category, volume and the message itself.
• If we sign a contract: contact details of your representatives and the contract and transaction records.

We do not run user accounts, and we do not ask for sensitive data or government identification numbers.

2. Legal basis

Your consent for enquiries; the need to conclude and perform a contract once we work together; and legal obligations for tax records (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)).

3. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: one year after the enquiry closes, then deleted. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
• Contracts and transactions: books and supporting records are kept for five years from the statutory filing deadline (seven years for cross-border transactions), as Korean tax law requires (Framework Act on National Taxes, Article 85-3).

4. Service providers and transfer abroad

The enquiry form is processed and stored by Formspree (formspree.io) on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. Your entries are sent the moment you submit the form, over an encrypted connection, and kept for the periods above. If you prefer that your details are not transferred, email main@aonsconnect.com or call +82 10 7491 5501 instead of using the form.

We do not sell or provide your details to third parties. If a project needs us to pass your details to a manufacturer or partner, we tell you who and what first and ask for your consent.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to stop processing them, or withdraw consent at any time. Email or call us and we reply within ten days after confirming it is you. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted before the legal period ends.

6. Security

Only the staff who need your details can access them. The site and the form use HTTPS, and the form provider encrypts stored data.

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Our host (Netlify, USA) and Google, which serves the map and fonts, may process technical data such as your IP address under their own policies.

9. Changes

This policy applies from 19 October 2026. We post changes on this page at least seven days before they apply.
