Finding the factory is the easy part.

Getting the goods to your port with documents that clear customs, and being understood correctly in the room, is where cross-border deals actually fail. These services run alongside a sourcing project, or on their own.

Logistics and interpreting in Korea

Why interpreting matters more than it sounds

Korean commercial conversation carries a great deal of meaning in what is implied rather than stated. A machine translation of a factory's answer will often read as agreement when it was a polite refusal.

The cost of that misreading is not a bad sentence. It is a deposit paid against terms that were never actually agreed.

If you are visiting Korea for a trade fair or a round of factory meetings, we can attend with you for the trip rather than the individual meeting.

Is this for you

Check the fit before you write to us.

We would rather say no early than take on work that will not go anywhere. If you are unsure, ask and we will tell you.

This fits when

  • You are already talking to a Korean supplier and the technical terms decide the outcome.
  • You need someone who keeps the record after the meeting, not just interprets it.
  • You need goods inspected or shipped, with the export paperwork prepared, not chased.
  • You want one team across the meeting, the inspection and the shipment.

This is not the right fit when

  • You need simultaneous conference interpreting from a booth. That is a different discipline.
  • You need bulk document translation only.
  • You want an interpreter with no briefing on the deal. We do not work that way.

Inspection & QC

Someone physically present before the container closes. Pre-shipment checks against the approved sample, or a full third party inspection where the value justifies it.

Product and packaging samples
Beyond logistics and interpretation, we help you find and vet the Korean manufacturer itself.

Fee structure

Priced per assignment, agreed before the day starts.

Interpreting is priced by day, inspection by visit, logistics by shipment. Nothing starts before the number is agreed in writing.

Two parts, and nothing hidden between them

1. Our fee — The day rate or the per-assignment fee, agreed in advance. No overtime appears afterwards that you did not approve.

2. Pass-through costs — Travel to the site, freight and any third-party fee. Billed at cost with the receipts.

Tell us the date and the location and we will come back with the number. If the schedule does not work for us, we say so the same day.
