Shelf life, permitted claims and label rules change in every market. We settle those questions with the Korean maker before the line is booked, so what lands at your port can actually be sold.
What you can order, and from what quantity
Supplement lines are quoted per unit. Minimums are per stock keeping unit, so two flavours of the same product normally count as two.

What we check before you pay a deposit
These points account for most supplement shipments that get held at destination.
Health claims
Korean health functional food claims are approved under Korean rules. They rarely transfer unchanged. We identify which claims must be removed or reworded for your label.
Ingredients and additives
Colours, sweeteners and preservatives permitted in Korea are not always permitted elsewhere. We screen the full list against your market before the sample is signed off.
Shelf life on arrival
What matters is remaining shelf life when the goods land, not total shelf life. We negotiate a minimum remaining life at shipment and put it in the agreement.
Label and language
Nutrition panel format, allergen declaration, importer details and language requirements are confirmed and built into the artwork before printing.
Certification
Halal, kosher, organic, HACCP or a plant registration in your country. We confirm which certificates the factory actually holds, with documents, rather than what the salesperson says.
Export documents
Health certificate, certificate of origin and certificate of analysis prepared as part of the shipment rather than chased afterwards.
Fee structure
We quote after the scope is set, not before.
Registration requirements differ by destination market, and that is what drives the work. We price it once we know where you are selling.
Two parts, and nothing hidden between them
1. Our fee — For sourcing, document verification, negotiation and production follow-up. Fixed before work starts.
2. Pass-through costs — Samples, laboratory testing, certification and freight. Billed at cost with the receipts.
The first conversation costs you nothing. If the ingredients will not clear your market, you will hear it from us early rather than late.
Common questions
Can we make our own supplement formula in Korea?
Yes, but a registered health functional food formula takes longer than a cosmetic one because the ingredient list is tightly controlled. Existing formulas under your label are far faster for a first order.
Will the factory print our label?
Normally yes. You supply the artwork, we supply the regulatory corrections, and the factory prints. Confirm the print minimum, which is sometimes higher than the production minimum.
Can you consolidate several suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. Consolidation is one of the main reasons buyers use us. One shipment, one set of documents, one invoice, even when several factories are involved.
Can we combine supplements with a cosmetics order?
Often, yes, and it is a good way to reach workable volumes on a first order. Tell us both lines in your enquiry and we will look at them together.
